An immersive journey into Puglia’s winemaking tradition, discovering the finest wineries of the Itria Valley. We’ll visit a historic family-run estate, active since 1882, where you’ll learn the entire wine production process—from vineyard cultivation to oak-barrel aging.
The tour begins with a stroll through the vineyards to understand local grape-growing techniques. Then we’ll move to the historic underground cellar, perfectly preserved, where the wine rests in wooden barrels at controlled temperature.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three selected Apulian wines, paired with a selection of local specialties, including artisanal cheeses and cured meats.
